Owned end-to-end UI/UX and interaction design for Mitra, a multilingual AI chatbot rolled out across 7 states (Karnataka, Bihar, Nagaland, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Odisha) for teachers and principals in government schools to record Chaupal discussions and micro-improvements.

- Sole Designer — SAATHI Redesign — Rebuilt the entire SAATHI flow and added new features. SAATHI is a multilingual app where teachers, principals, and Cluster Resource Persons log school challenges, choose objectives, and receive a 30 to 40 day action plan with nudges to track progress.
- Onboarding Redesign — Simplified a previously complex onboarding flow and validated it through usability testing and interviews with principals; added the login feature and a chat history view showing each past conversation and its status.
- AI-Accelerated Prototyping — Used Generative AI tools (Lovable, Replit, Antigravity) to build working AI dashboard prototypes within days instead of weeks, letting the team validate ideas with real users before engineering spent time building.
- User Stories and Documentation — Wrote user stories and design documentation clear enough that engineering could build directly from them, reducing back-and-forth during handoff.
- Mitra Dashboard — Designed the real-time dashboard the Programs team checks daily to see newly recorded micro-improvements and discussions, including the underlying data views and layout.
- Enterprise / Institutional SaaS — Designed Mitra, Mitra Dashboard, and SAATHI as multi-tenant institutional software deployed across government education departments in 7 states, with role-based experiences for teachers, principals, and Cluster Resource Persons.
